3rd NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (NEC)
Members of the 3rd National Executive Committee (NEC) of the El Amin Alumni Association (ELAA) were inaugurated on the 26th August 2023 after an Election was conducted by the Caretaker Committee on 14th August 2023.

The Functions of the NEC is captured under Section 8.1 while the positions and duties of the NEC Members is covered under Section 9 and 10 of the ELAA Constitution.
Meet The Team
ALUMNI CHAIRMAN
Dr. Muktar Bello (Class of 2002) is a certified Cybersecurity Expert with over 20 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Academia and Consultancy.
He is a Masterclass Trainer, Subject Matter Expert and Advisory Policy Maker with International and globally acclaimed organizations such as the UNODC, Knowtified, University of Salford, AFIT, EFCC, ISC2 and Cyber First amongst others.
DEPUTY ALUMNI CHAIR (OVERSEAS)
Dr. Mustapha Munir (Class of 2002) is a highly dedicated Lecturer specializing in BIM and Digital Technology at the University of Salford, with vast experience in academia and project management.

He specializes in building economics, digital architecture, and BIM implementation, focusing his academic research on delivering key innovation, valuable insight, and tangible value in the built environment.
ASSISSTANT SECRETARY GENERAL (ADMINISTRATION)
Nana Lawal Abubakar (Class of 2014) holds a specialized degree in Civil Aviation Management from Istanbul Aydin University and a distinct Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Nile University of Nigeria.

She currently works within the demanding Nigerian civil service as a dedicated Tax Officer, where she contributes essential professional skills to public administration and robust financial governance.
LEGAL OFFICER
Habeeba A. Mustapha (Class of 2001) is a seasoned lawyer with 16 years of legal practice experience, presently working with the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
She holds an LLB certificate from the University of Abuja and a Barrister-at-Law certificate from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja. Her current interests are in specialized research and key developmental projects.
PUBLICITY SECRETARY (EXTERNAL)
Habib Abdulmumin Gulma (Class of 2020) is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology, Aliero, Kebbi State.
He is a highly motivated and aspiring young adult who possesses a strong passion for several key areas, including creative pursuits like music, engagement in local politics, and extensive explorations.
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
Hauwa Atiku-Uwais (Class of 2002) holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Westminster, UK, gaining experience across banking, hospitality, and food and beverage sectors.

She now concentrates on her businesses in the sports and food and beverage sectors. She engages in community-based philanthropic initiatives through her major foundation. Furthermore, she is an avid swimmer.

Rayyan Umar (Class of 2004) is a seasoned middle manager in Nigeria's public sector, contributing to finance, administration and strategic policy delivery.

He is a certified accountant, financial regulation master and public leadership credential holder with top schools like Aston University and Harvard Kennedy School, and he maintains a strong interest in African history and development economics.
ASSISTANT SECRETARY GENERAL (COMMITTEE)
Hayatu Aliyu Maigari (Class of 2014) is a highly educated civil engineer, deeply passionate about construction management and quality building.
He specializes in bringing creative architectural ideas to practical life, consistently creating impactful and meaningful spaces.
Known for his adventurous spirit, he actively explores new global cultures and diverse experiences, always striving for excellence in every project.
PUBLICITY SECRETARY (INTERNAL)
Sulaiman Musa Abubakar (Class of 2004) is an experienced Visual Communication and Creative Strategist, specializing in Brand Identity Development and management for over a decade.
He co-owns and manages diverse companies, including a Visual Communication firm, Digital Printing Press, and Transport and Logistics business.
TREASURER
Sadiq Mahmoud (Class of 2003) is a Cloud Architect working within the public sector, certified as an expert on Azure and AWS, with over 14 years of professional experience.

He holds a specialized dual Master's degree in Internet Technologies and Business Administration. An alumnus of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers, he is passionate about public policy.
WELFARE OFFICER
Mohammed Isah Jibo (Class of 2014) is an experienced real estate agent. He holds a B.Eng in Petroleum and Gas Engineering, plus an MBA in Project Management from Nile University of Nigeria.

He is a sports enthusiast enjoying watching and playing football. With a curious mind and passion for learning, he seeks new experiences and embraces beauty.
